Presentation Guidelines
Presentation Guidelines for Accepted Papers
We're excited to have you present your work at the conference! Please note that all accepted papers will require both a poster presentation and an oral presentation on the same day. A comprehensive program, including specific timings for both poster (morning) and oral (afternoon) presentations, will be released shortly. Please keep an eye on the conference website for updates.
For Poster Presentation
For your poster presentation, please prepare your poster using the template below (A0 portrait, 84.1cm×118.9cm).
To ensure a smooth presentation, authors are required to upload their poster to the following link by Oct. 1st, 2025. https://forms.gle/KgTamfsVrDdnLmqQ8
The organizing committee will be responsible for printing your poster, and also handle the hanging and display of your
poster on the assigned board before the start of your session.
For Oral Presentation
The presentation time of the oral session will be 15 minutes, including 3 minutes for Q&As. The secretariat will provide a PC (MS Window, Powerpoint format, or Acrobat reader) in each session room. All presentations should be conducted using this PC. Please note that you must bring a memory stick containing your presentation file and upload to the local PCs in the lecture rooms during before your session. Speakers should arrive in their session room 15 minutes before the start of your session to report to the session chair.
