IEEE ISICAS 2025 Grand Challenge
Introduction
The Grand Challenge will be held during the IEEE ISICAS 2025 conference as an on-site, computer-based contest lasting 4 continuous hours. It features three independent tracks:
- Analog Design
- Digital Design
- EDA Algorithms
Participants will be required to complete a series of tasks on the official competition server within the allotted time. These tasks may include analog or digital circuit design and simulation, or algorithm development. Students may compete individually and may choose any one track.
Guidelines
- All necessary EDA tools and server access will be provided.
- Participants must bring their own laptops to connect to the competition server.
- The competition will be conducted entirely offline — no internet access will be available.
- The use of AI tools, including large language models (LLMs), is strictly prohibited.
Scoring
Final scores will be based on two components:
- Computer-Based Test: 85%
- Presentation: 15%
