1st IEEE Chiplet Workshop: Standards, Circuits and Systems

Workshop Introduction

The IEEE Chiplet Workshop: Standard, Circuits and Systems is an international event, sponsored by the IEEE Circuit and System Society (CASS), taking place in Wuhan on October 12, 2025. This first-time workshop is a satellite event of ISICAS 2025, focusing on advancing the frontiers of chiplet integration and next-generation chip design, emphasizing the latest architecture/circuit/EDA innovations and standards in chiplet technology.

The Workshop will be held at the same venue as the 3rd Integrated Chips and Chiplet Conference (ICCC) . You are also welcome to attent this conference.


Author Instructions & Paper Submission

We invite submissions showcasing research advances and perspectives in Chiplet integration. Accepted authors will deliver a 15+ minute oral presentation and present a poster. Authors are required to submit a 1-page poster in PDF format (template download). All submissions will undergo review for technical quality and relevance to the workshop theme. The Workshop welcomes:
--Previously published work in top-tier conferences or CASS journals.
--Unpublished research, provided they offer fresh perspectives and innovative contributions.
Abstracts of all accepted papers will be included in the workshop digest. The workshop will not require further publication for accepted papers beyond theworkshop digest. This digest, provided exclusively in hard copy to conference attendees, will not affect anyfuture publication plans, so no copyright transfer is necessary for non-published papers.


Travel

The Workshop will be held at Wanda Reign Hotel, Wuhan, China ( Trip /Ctrip). Wuhan, the sprawling capital of Central China’s Hubei province, is a commercial center divided by the Yangtze and Han rivers. The city contains many lakes and parks, including expansive, picturesque East Lake.
