Introduction

The IEEE International Symposium on Integrated Circuits and Systems (IEEE ISICAS), supported by the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society, is organizing Seasonal Schools to engage students, early-career researchers, and practitioners in Integrated Circuits and Signal Processing.

Shanghai Seasonal School stands out as a regional highlight, with a clear mission to foster seamless knowledge exchange and strengthen collaborative bonds within the integrated circuits (IC) and signal processing community across Asia and beyond. Leveraging Shanghai’s status as a global tech hub and a center for IC innovation—home to numerous leading semiconductor companies, research institutions, and universities—the school aims to create an immersive learning environment. By bringing together diverse perspectives from academia and industry, the Shanghai Seasonal School seeks to not only enhance participants’ technical skills but also inspire innovative thinking to address the most pressing challenges in IC design (such as low-power consumption, high-performance computing, and advanced manufacturing technologies) and signal processing (including AI-driven signal analysis, real-time processing for IoT devices, and multimedia signal optimization).
