Prof. Wu Xing
Vice Dean in the School of Integrated Circuit Science and Engineering, East China Normal University (ECNU)
Professor, Vice Dean in the School of Integrated Circuit Science and Engineering, East China Normal University (ECNU). Her research focuses on reliability, especially in situ die- and package-level characterization. She has published 226 SCI and EI papers with an H-index of 43, including Science, Nat. Nano., Nat. Commun., IEEE EDL, IEEE TED, IEDM, and VLSI. She has obtained 71 patents granted by China. She received awards such as International Microelectronics Engineering Young Scholars in 2022. She is an IEEE senior member and youth editor of InfoMat, Materials Today Electronics.
Prof. Hua Fan
Professor and PhD Supervisor at the School of Integrated Circuit Science and Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC)
Hua Fan received the B.S. degree in communications engineering and the M.S. degree in computer science and technology from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, China, in 2003 and 2006, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in July 2013. From September 2013 to June 2016, she was an Assistant Professor with the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, where she was an Associate Professor from July 2016 to July 2021. Since July 2021, she has been a Professor with the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
Prof. Jiamin Li
Associate Professor and PhD Supervisor at the School of Microelectronics (Shenzhen-Hong Kong), Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech)
degrees in electrical engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore.,Since August 2022, she has been an Assistant Professor with the School of Microelectronics, Southern University of Science and Technology, Shenzhen, China. Her main research interests include the circuits and system design for body area power and data network, as well as low-power biomedical circuits and systems.,Dr. Li was a recipient or a co-recipient of the 2020–2021 IEEE SSCS Predoctoral Achievement Award, ISSCC 2020 Demonstration Session Certificate of Recognition, and ISSCC 2020 Student Travel Grant Award.
Dr. Shulin Zeng
General Manager and Head of Hardware Design at Infinigence AI
Shulin Zeng received the B.E. and Ph.D. degrees in electronic engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. His main research interests include software-hardware co-design and AI accelerator design. Dr.Zeng is currently the General Manager and Head of Hardware Design with Infinigence AI. He received the FPGA 2025 Best Paper Award (the first time this honor has been awarded to a team in Asia), for pioneering the world's first large model inference LIP and achieving the first end-to-end LLM inference on a single FPGA card.
